Bella Front Office ("Bella," "we," "us") is a product of Millennial Web3 Group. Bella Front Office helps insurance agencies handle caller intake, routing, scheduling preparation, CRM context, and call follow-up.

1. Information we handle

2. How we use information

We use information to answer and route calls, recognize repeat callers when authorized, prepare meetings and follow-ups, support warm transfers, maintain security, improve reliability, and provide the service an agency has requested.

3. Connected accounts and access boundaries

Phone, CRM, calendar, email, analytics, and connected-system access are configured separately. Bella uses connected systems only for the features an agency enables. CRM reads, CRM writes, calendar sends, outbound calling, and provider access should be approved and configured for the intended workflow.

4. Regulated conversations

Bella Front Office is not a licensed insurance producer and does not replace professional judgment. Sensitive or regulated conversations should be escalated to the responsible licensed team. Agencies remain responsible for compliance with applicable insurance, privacy, call recording consent, marketing, TCPA, Do Not Call, CMS, HIPAA where applicable, and state or federal rules.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell customer data. We may use service providers that help operate Bella Front Office, such as hosting, telephony, authentication, storage, or security vendors. They process information only to support the service.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit trails. Agencies may request access, export, correction, or deletion, subject to lawful retention needs.

7. Contact

Questions about privacy or data handling: use the Front Office review path or contact Millennial Web3 Group at [email protected].
