These Terms govern your use of Bella Front Office ("Bella"), a product of Millennial Web3 Group ("we," "us"). By creating an account, using the service, or authorizing connected systems, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Bella Front Office supports caller intake, call routing, repeat-caller recognition, scheduling preparation, approved outbound follow-up, CRM context, escalation briefs, and call outcome records for insurance agencies. Available features depend on the agency's configuration and approved access.

2. Agency responsibilities

You are responsible for the accounts, phone numbers, CRM records, calendars, workflows, and connected systems you authorize. You must have the right to connect those systems and to let Bella process call-related information for your agency.

3. Compliance and professional judgment

Bella is not a licensed producer and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or insurance advice. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and supervising any communication or action that requires professional judgment, licensing, carrier approval, privacy review, or regulatory compliance.

4. Outbound calls and communications

Outbound AI voice calls, callbacks, reminders, texts, emails, and related communications require appropriate consent, disclosure, opt-out handling, Do Not Call controls, and compliance review. Bella should not be used to send deceptive, unauthorized, or unlawful communications.

5. Connected-system actions

CRM reads, CRM writes, calendar sends, phone-provider changes, analytics, automation actions, and other integrations are configured separately. Features may be disabled or limited until access is approved, configured, and tested for the intended workflow.

6. Data and confidentiality

Your agency data remains yours. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy, keep customer data separated, and do not sell it.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bella Front Office reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, improve call flows, or change these Terms over time. The date above shows the latest version.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Bella Front Office is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before reliance. Our liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
